Refund policy
Renter may deny rental prior to pick up or upon first inspection after delivery. Items may be denied if found to be not operating properly or unsafely. When Renter finds an issue with a piece of equipment they must contact 66 Equipment Rental immediately. If issue is confirmed by 66 Equipment Rental staff, a refund may be issued for the remaining portion of the rental (when the equipment was out of service). Rentals terminated early by renter will be considered complete rentals as listed at time of purchase.
